Free 2-3 hour spaces are located on Franklin and Donaldson Street, or you may choose to park in the parking deck or the parking lot behind our building (free after 5 pm and on weekends). Entering the yoga room
It is advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for enough time to settle, relax, meditate, and address any questions or concerns with your teacher. If you are tardy, please come in quietly, sign in, and enter the practice area as respectfully as possible.
Teachers typically set up at the front of the yoga room between the two entrance doors facing the clock, all other places are available and based on a first come, first situated basis. So you may have all the props needed prior to class, it is recommended to ask your teacher about suggested props. The props are located in front of the windows and it available to all students. We recommend bringing a mat if you have one; however, we do have mats available to students on a first come, first serve basis.
Be on time, better yet early
We advise our students arrive at least 10 minutes early to get situated. For the peace of mind for our teachers and students, the doors are locked when class begins.
