Yoga 1
Learn how to listen to your body as you practice the foundational poses of yoga. You will be guided into poses with breath and mindfulness to build strength, stamina and inner awareness. Continuing students will find this class beneficial to refine and deepen their practice.
Yoga 1-2
This class tends to flow at a more challenging pace. The most basic technique is offered first and then builds on to increase options in intensity and dynamics. There is emphasis on breathing and healthy alignment of the body/mind.
Yoga 2-3
Building on the fundamentals, this class introduces more challenging variations of poses such as inversions, backbends, and arm balances. This class builds heat from the inside-out developing core strength, stamina and flexibility.
Absolute Beginning
Are you totally brand new to yoga? This class is designed for those who want a class specifically designed to introduce the beginner to the yoga tradition. The class is gentle, appropriate for beginners and those who may be recovering from injury, pregnant or who want to practice in a gentle way.
Flow, Mixed Levels
This invigorating class is playful and creative, offering a flavorful spirit to warm the body and calm the mind. Come breathe, move, meditate, and sweat to a dynamic sequence of poses that will liberate, energize and revitalize every part of your being. All are welcome as variations are given to inspire you to your own personal edge!
Gentle Yoga
This class combines gentle yoga poses with the breath to increase flexibility, strength and well-being. Ideal for the new or experienced student dealing with chronic pain or stress, those returning from illness or injury, pregnant, or anyone who wants a gentle approach to yoga and a gentle approach to the day!
Lunchtime Yoga
A relaxing class that introduces simple warm-ups, basic yoga poses and breathing techniques to restore energy, promote healing, reduce stress and soothe your mind. Great for anyone with little or no experience or anyone who wants a break to recharge for the rest of your day!
Power Flow Yoga
A powerful yoga class based on Power, Flow, and Ashtanga yoga. This class focuses on marrying movement and breath while building endurance, lengthening muscles, and challenging and strengthening both the mind and the body.
Powerful Core Pilates
This Pilates mat class will help to strengthen your core and compliment your yoga practice through the use of the Stott Pilates method. No matter what your Pilates experience level you will benefit from the exercises in this open level class.
Private Lessons, One on One
Private lessons allow you the time and individual attention to ask questions about a particular pose, work through challenges and find modifications that are right for you as a practitioner.
